  • These peppers can be pick at different stages. Most mature peppers are 4" long and can be picked green or left on the plant to ripen to red. Red Bell Peppers are sweeter than the green.
  • Bell Pepper are good for stuffing and slicing.

Pepper Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Plant in a sunny location after the threat of frost has passed. Space plants 18" x 30" (45cm x 75cm) apart. Keep soil moist, watering freely in dry weather. Harvest as needed.

 

Peppers are sensitive to cold weather. Do not place outside until night temperatures are above 50°F, cool temperatures can prevent the plant from flowering.

Peppers like to be kept evenly moist. Mulch around the base of the plant will help retain moisture.

Plants may need to be staked as the fruit developes to prevent it from falling over.
