Rosemary

Excellent for flavoring a variety of dishes. Use leaves fresh, or dry and keep in an airtight container.

Tuscan Blue rosemary has a lemony tang that goes along with its pine flavor and scent. It is not as harsh a taste as most other varieties and partners well with chicken, lamb, and fish.

Additional:

Rosemary is known as a symbol of remembrance, friendship, and love.

Rosemary Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Rosemary needs well drained soil and full sun. The soil should be moist and should never be allowed to dry completely. Drying out usually means "instant death" for rosemary. -Still, Steven "Manual of Herbaceous Ornamental Plants"
