The MNLA is the 1,200 firm trade association recognized by the Minnesota 'Green Industries' as being at the forefront in promoting all aspects of the horticulture industry. This embraces a multitude of activities including:
- Providing Business & Horticulture Educational opportunities for our members.
- Providing industry input into various governmental agencies including the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Natural Resources.
- Promoting Professionalism on both industry & personal levels.
- Van Cooley of Malmborg's Garden Center is the current President of the MNLA.
